  • Only game scores saved against your account are stored. Feedback can be sent via email.
  • You retain ownership of your content (scores, feedback), but by submitting it to Swudoku, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for displaying leaderboards or improving Services.
  • Users must not submit offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

4. Gameplay & Use of Services

  • Swudoku provides puzzles, tile-swapping gameplay, and leaderboards.
  • Users can share their game results via screenshots or other means, provided they reference Swudoku.com.
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be bug-free or uninterrupted.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including tile-swapping mechanisms, game design, logos, and site content, is owned by Swudoku Games and protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services without prior written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • You consent to us sending you emails related to your account and the Services.
  • Accounts and associated data may be deleted upon request via email.
